Superpencil OÜ is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registry code 14932474, address Sepapaja 6, Tallinn, Harju county 15551, Estonia, in the European Union.

All Superpencil software is licensed for personal use. You can install it on as many of your own devices as you like, as long as you are the only person using it.

Commercial licenses are handled as formal requests. Send the request by post to the registered company address above.

You may not share your license keys with anyone outside your license. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared publicly or abused.

We work hard to make reliable software, but no software is error-free. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or prevent every instance of data loss. Keep backups of important work.

Stripe manages Horse subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations. Use Billing to open the Stripe Portal and manage them.

Horse includes a 14-day free trial. This is your evaluation period. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or cancel later to prevent future renewals.

Canceling does not erase invoices that have already been issued. Stripe may continue attempting to collect an outstanding invoice for up to two weeks.

We do not manage subscriptions or cancellations by request. Use Billing so the change is applied directly to your account.

Privacy rights use the privacy request form. Other legal notices and commercial-license requests may be sent by post to the registered company address above. Product instructions live in the Manual. Subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations are managed through Billing.

Please don’t reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute our software. Don’t resell or sublicense without permission.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Harju County, Estonia.

All Superpencil software, artwork, and website content are the property of Superpencil OÜ.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will communicate significant changes by email where practical. Continuing to use Horse after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
