00:00:00Hi, I'm Pascal Pixel, designer and coding person. 00:00:04Ever feel like your browser just doesn't work the way that you do? Me too! So instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, I made my own browser and it's called Horse Browser. 00:00:14So I'm going to show you how Horse Browser works. 00:00:16The problem I had was that I used to have to close tabs when I was trying to focus on the task at hand. 00:00:22So with Horse Browser, this is all different. 00:00:26With Horse Browser, your online activity is instead organised into trails. 00:00:30These really aren't just tabs. 00:00:32They're trail of breadcrumbs that marks your path online. 00:00:36So unlike other browsers, Horse Browser doesn't just keep a history. 00:00:39It actually shows you your history directly while you're browsing. 00:00:48It's so simple that Horse Browser doesn't even have a back button, for example, because going back is just clicking the previous link in your trails. 00:00:58You can organise the trails yourself. 00:01:00So you can move them around. 00:01:03You can select multiple ones to move around at the same time. 00:01:05You can group them. 00:01:06You can rename them. 00:01:08You can even add an emoji so you can easily recognize stuff later. 00:01:11And don't worry about losing anything. 00:01:14Horse Browser automatically saves all your trails. 00:01:16So if you reboot your computer, everything is right where you left it. 00:01:20So why wrestle with your browser if it doesn't work for you? Horse Browser lets you use the browser the way that your little monkey brain just naturally uses it anyway. 00:01:30So visit browser.horse to download your own horse. 00:01:33And now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go read about my friend Marcus again.

Sencha tea leaves and brewed tea

Sencha (煎茶) is a type of Japanese ryokucha (緑茶, green tea) which is prepared by infusing the processed whole tea leaves in hot water. This is as opposed to matcha (抹茶), powdered Japanese green tea, where the green tea powder is mixed with hot water and therefore the leaf itself is included in the beverage. Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan.
Types of sencha

The types of sencha are distinguished by when they are harvested. Shincha (新茶, "new tea") represents the first month's harvest of sencha. Basically, it's the same as ichibancha (一番茶, "first tea"), which is the first harvest of the year.

Kabusecha (かぶせ茶) is sencha grown in the shade for about a week before harvest. Asamushi (浅蒸し) is lightly steamed sencha, while fukamushi (深蒸し) is deeply steamed sencha.

Production

Sencha tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. The leaves are steamed, rolled, and dried immediately after harvest to prevent oxidation. This process preserves the fresh, grassy flavor that sencha is known for.

The steaming process used in making sencha is what differentiates it from Chinese green teas, which are typically pan-fired. The duration of the steaming process affects the final taste and color of the tea.

Brewing

Sencha is typically brewed at lower temperatures than black tea or oolong tea. The ideal water temperature is usually between 60–80°C (140–176°F), with brewing time ranging from 1 to 2 minutes.

The tea can be brewed multiple times, with each infusion revealing different flavor notes. The first brew tends to be more astringent and fresh, while subsequent brews become milder and sweeter.
