Extensions should do their work and then get out of yours. This beta gives every Manifest V3 feature Horse exposes a dependable working floor, while putting more real-world extension behavior under permanent test.

- Bookmarks, privacy settings, recently closed pages, top sites, tab capture, content settings, declarative page actions, and keyword suggestions now have working Horse implementations.

- Restarted extension workers keep receiving requests, navigation events, and tab events instead of quietly losing their subscriptions.
- Extension failures stay out of your way, are reported once with useful context, and beta diagnostics are kept separate from stable releases.
- Changed
- Every Manifest V3 namespace exposed by Horse now meets our Silver compatibility floor, with its status tracked and enforced in the build.
- Manifest V2 extensions are now refused consistently rather than appearing to install with incomplete support.
