Fold a giant Folder and Horse now changes the Folder, not the entire universe behind it. 3.3.3 also gives security keys a proper front door, teaches updates to finish what they started, and makes extensions much harder to surprise. The machine is calmer, faster, and frankly rather pleased with itself.

- Physical security keys such as YubiKey work again, with a small Horse prompt that names the site waiting for the key and lets you cancel.
- When a security key holds several accounts for one site, Horse asks which account you want.

- Extension work is kept in bounded queues, so a busy extension cannot monopolize Horse while pages are loading.
- Horse no longer loops an update, stacks update prompts, or asks again immediately after you choose Later.
- If your computer refuses an update, Horse stays open, tells you what happened, and tries again later.
- Busy pages no longer throw a background JavaScript alert over your work, cover the page, or steal focus.
- Collapsing or expanding a large Folder saves only what changed instead of rewriting the whole profile and freezing Horse.

- Extensions follow the Chrome extension contract more closely, with startup, scripts, menus, popups, and shutdown happening in a dependable order.
- The update prompt is compact and private. It shows the Horse version and what installation will do, never release prose, publishing metadata, or details from somebody’s browsing.
- Profiles from older Horse versions move into faster storage once on first launch, while the old profile file is left untouched.

- Horse’s browser engine and app foundations are current, including the latest security fixes.
